I didn’t have the connectivity to update the site after my short visit up north last week, but I here is a recap and a few pictures. :) In brief, I went to see Mom and Jen on Wednesday / Thursday - if anyone knows how to plan for a move ‘cross country it’s us girls - then I headed up to Connecticut to visit my some e-Media, Bally’s and Rock Garden friends on Thursday and Friday. I can’t even begin to tell you how wonderful that entire trip was. I had spent the past week unemployed in my apartment with nothing but my panic-y thoughts to keep me company. Getting to see everyone was wonderful, and the amount of support and encouragement I received was overwhelming. Early Saturday I drove to New Jersey for a surprise baby shower for Kevin and Karen. I am glad to have gotten to see them before I left, but I am definitely bummed to be leaving before the little one is born. For those of you who I was able to see (and even those I missed) - I can’t thank you enough. You are all so very special to me - I adore you and can’t imagine my life without you. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
