More Flickry Goodness
21st September, 2005
Sometimes we take a really really long time to add no-brainer features. Case in point: we just now gave you the ability to easily sort a photoset by date. Just go to one of your set pages and look for the “change the order of photos” near the top.

We’ll have to discuss… not sure how this will help me. Most of my sets are from the same “event”. Oh! Like Family or Doggie photos - keeps ‘em in order? hmmm. Still no “sub sets”. Which would be way more useful. I’ll be bugging you soon as well on that order of photos email you sent out… (you know I’m challenged)

Well, often when I upload a bunch of pictures and then put them in a set, they are out of order. Flickr will put them in the set backwards - w/ the pics from the end of the night first and the ones where we are still sober are all the way at the end. This new fix is the same thing that I sent out in email, but this is “official.” If the pictures inside your sets are already in the correct order, this won’t help you at all! And subsets will most definitely be the mother of all annoucements.
