My niece, Tiffany, is 10 (happy birthday, btw, I’m a terrible aunt). I just found out that she’s become interested in baking. Not just your average 10-year old baking of store bought cookie dough, but real, honest-to-goodness baking. Baking that requires things like special pans, decorative icing, homemade custard filling and piping bags. I can barely handle box mixes with the pre-made squeeze pouch of glaze and she’s is making her own glaze. I’m not quite sure what the word is that I’m looking for here… but I think it might be inadequate.
