Sunshine
My friend, Mary, and I decided to have lunch outside today. I’ve been feeling down about the laptop, so it was nice to just sit and talk and soak up the sunshine. It was already a good afternoon, but who shows up out of the blue to make it even better? Jef does. :) He knew we’d be there, so he popped over, gave me a little kiss and sat down to grab lunch and talk for a few minutes. He’d never met Mary, and this is the best first conversation ever:
Mary: I bet Lucy’s excited about the house.
Kristin: She’s going to loooove the yard.
Mary: Are you going to get her a doggy door?
Kristin: Thinking about it. She’s so indecisive about going in and out. She whines either way.
Mary: Bryson loves his. This way he gets to lay in the sunshine all day and come in if it’s too hot.
Jef: I think I’ll get Lucy an invisible dog fence. I’ll put it randomly thru the yard and then change the pattern every few weeks.
Mary: …
Kristin: He’s kidding.

Jef talks tough, but he loves Rucy Roo as much as you! That is kinda funny though. Can you imagine if we did that to almost 16 yr old Peso? heh heh.

Ha! She’s already pretty cranky in her old age, she’d probably take the beagle as hostage until you took it down.
