Great article on taking a good digital portrait. A recommended read for anyone w/ a point-and-shoot digital camera. I use the portrait setting on my camera ALL the time. I’ve had my little Elph for almost a year now and I actually keep my manual handy (with me if I’m travelling) for quick reference checks, but I doubt this would have been in there. Tips like this are more experienced-based rather than a textbook to-do. Pretty handy!
