Their site was down last night because “their tubes were clogged.” They communicated the outage very quickly and honestly on their blog, and instead of a boring “we’re sorry” message, they posted a coloring contest and gave ppl the opportunity to win a free Pro account if they tagged and posted their creations. With an audience as obsessed as we Flickr-junkies, way to refocus us with a creative project. The results are fun and inspiring.
