My sister came to Austin this past weekend, it was awesome. She’s been before, but we crammed more stuff into the trip than ever before. It’s fun when people come to town, you do all those touristy things you always say is “soooo Austin”, but never actually DO when you live here. We went to Amy’s Ice Cream (because she’d seen it on the Food Network and I got the “Why haven’t we ever been THERE” phone call and I couldn’t believe we hadn’t), Terra Toys, Magnolia Cafe, South 1st Street shops, The Alamo Draft House, Central Market, Mandola’s Italian Market and then to top it all off, Red Bull Flugtag.

To quote Brittany Spears… “For real, ya’ll.”

Here’s some video I took at Flugtag. I hope my sister posts hers. Her camera takes waaaaay better video than mine, I was jealous as all get out when we got home.
