Jef’s answers the question “What are your top five favorite donuts” while he is half asleep. This entire conversation happened while his eyes were closed.

Wait… jelly…

3. Jelly filled glazed munchkins from Dunkin donuts

(then he pauses and tells a brief story)

You know… we had a grocery store by our house in Binghamton that had glazed donuts with the holes cut out, but still in them. And then the holes had jelly on them. You would pop the holes out and have dessert for your donut.

(and then carries on as if he’d never stopped at all)

4. French apple cinnamon from Dunkin Donuts.
5. Apple fritters from the grocery store, but those give me heart burn.

And then he falls asleep.

I promise you, there were MANY more rounds than this. I wish I’d had a tape recorder to have done an audio post. It was one of the best rambling sleep-talk stories ever.
