With reports of record turn-outs at early voting, I’m sure a lot of you have already voted (I did!). If you are waiting until Tuesday, please don’t forget. It’s easy to get caught up in your day and think it’s just one vote. It IS one vote, but it adds up and it’s so very important that we all use our voice.

I don’t mean to be all preachy. My parents and grandparents talked to us about the importance of voting, so when I turned 18 I couldn’t wait to exercise that right. Each time I walk into the voting booth I feel that same swell of pride as I did that first time.
