Kayla in Austin

My neice, Kayla, was in Austin last month participating in the Austin Film Festival's Summer Film Camp. We went to the screening today of all the student films and let me tell you, those kids ROCKED that camp. With NO budget and a week of training they were all very creative. Kayla, specifically, helped w/ the script, acted, edited AND put together the blooper reel. She even brought the film home to do extra post-production work w/ Jef. Crazy!

I'm not sure when she'll get back to Austin, so we took the opportunity to take some fun portraits while she was here. These first few are down on S. First right before we had a delicious dinner at Polvos.

After baskeball, her favorite pastime is texting. She types at Olympic speeds.
