The Big '1'

Harrison is the big '1' this week! He's a mover and a shaker, walking all over the house. And what's the best part about turning 1? You get a whole cake ALL to yourself.

On the whole cake there was only a few tiny specs of black, and of COURSE that's what he went for. For the first few minutes it looked like he had a tiny mustache. It was pretty funny.

Jack's Birthday

These are photos from birthday party this past weekend for a boy named Jack. There was a moonwalk, a piñata, a princess and chocolate cake. What more can you hope for in a birthday party?!

It's always nice when the kids start to warm up to me. In the beginning they're all "Who the heck are you?" but by the end, they're a little more, "Lady, I'm just gonna eat this cake, you do whatever you want." That's my favorite part.
