I found this wall w/ some fellow photographers on Saturday and we killed a good 10 minutes laughing and taking pictures of ourself in shadows. It was all very Charlie’s Angels.

My friend, Kate, gave me this green carnation yesterday in honor of St. Patrick’s Day. They’re such an underrated flower, but once I got to looking at it, I decided they are actually very pretty. Maybe not all the artificial coloring, but there’s a certain charm to them for sure.

My friend, Lisa, and I were joking awhile back about how the black birds in Austin seemed to be migrating South… very slowly. A few months ago they were north of the city, then they were swarming downtown for several weeks. Now I’m seeing them in my ‘hood down South.
